Returns and Refunds

At Style Scouts, every bag is carefully inspected, professionally authenticated and individually photographed before being offered for sale. We provide detailed descriptions and images to allow you to make an informed purchasing decision. If you require any additional photographs or information before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Due to the nature of luxury resale, we do not accept returns for change of mind unless you have a legal right to cancel under UK consumer law.

If you wish to exercise your legal right to cancel:

You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have notified us, the item must be returned within 14 days.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
We strongly recommend using a fully insured and tracked delivery service, as the customer is responsible for the item until it reaches us safely.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was received.
Show no signs of wear, use, perfume, smoke, make-up, damage or alteration.
Include all original accessories, including boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards, straps, receipts and any other items supplied with the purchase.
Have all Style Scouts security tags and seals fully intact and untampered with. Any return received with security tags removed, broken or altered will not be accepted unless required by law.

Every returned item undergoes a full authentication and condition inspection. We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to reduce any refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received, inspected and approved. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

If an item is returned to us in a condition different from that in which it was sent, or is missing accessories or packaging, we reserve all rights available to us under UK law, including making an appropriate deduction from any refund where permitted.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
